Mr Rajendra Hinduja is an accomplished and well-respected businessman and philanthropist. A prominent trustee in the Sadhu Vaswani Mission, Bangalore, he is also a board member of Rural Service Trust (Poorna Prajna Institute of Scientific Research), Admar Mutt Education Foundation and Sindhi Seva Samiti (Sindhi Seva Samiti-Group of Education Institution). He serves as advisor to Sparsh Trust, vice-chairman to Dada Amar Charitable Trust, and has been a former chairman of P.D. Hinduja Hospital and is presently a permanent board member. He’s also a Trustee of Jai Shiva Shakti Trust, involved in the upliftment of needy persons in education & health care.
Mr Hinduja was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Government of India in 2010, the Sindhu Ratna Award by the South India Sindhi Federation for Philanthropy, and a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Clothing Manufacturers Association of India. An avid reader and a passionate tennis player, his quest for learning knows no bounds.

Ms Manju Nichani has over 40 years of experience in the field of education and school management. An MPhil degree holder, she has been the Principal of K C College and Director of K C College of Management Studies, Mumbai. Ms Nichani has also served as a member of the Academic Council of the University of Mumbai. Presently, she is the Rector and coordinator of all Sadhu Vaswani Institutes of Learning across India. An active member of the School Managing Committee, St Mira’s School, Pune, and Sadhu Vaswani International School, Pune, Ms Nichani has successfully applied innovative methods in teaching and learning and actively encouraged students and faculty toward quality research to ensure students are equipped to face global challenges.
Ms Nichani has received many awards for her contribution to the field of education, including the Giants International Award and the Sahayog Foundation Award. She is also an eloquent orator, much sought after for her motivational talks.

A passionate teacher with over two decades of experience in the field of education, Jaimala is an Economics and Marketing Management graduate. As her interest in education deepened, she acquired a Masters in Childcare and Education.
Trained under the Montessori method of education, Jaimala shares a strong bond with the Indian Montessori Centre as its Executive Member, collaborating to ensure the spread of the Montessori method by Organising national and international conferences. Jaimala set up the Montessori environments at the National Academy For Learning (NAFL), an international school of the National Public Group of Schools with whom she was associated for over 10 years.
Jaimala has been associated with the NGO Meghshala as Lead, Internal Operations. Meghshala works at empowering teachers in government schools to ensure good quality education for all.
Her expertise includes designing curriculum, motivating and leading teachers, and conducting training sessions for them. She has been actively involved with SVM, Little Lamps, since 2017, ensuring the school’s vision and mission are achieved.
Jaimala believes education is a learning experience not limited to textbooks and tests. “Education plays a huge part in helping us overcome hurdles. That is why it needs to be value-based— to help us better ourselves and our environment,”

Sanjay Wadhwa is a second-generation entrepreneur with experience of over 25 years of running a successful engineering, manufacturing, and design services firm.
An Industrial Engineering graduate, Sanjay completed the Presidents Management Program from Harvard Business School in 2016 and studied new and exponential technologies at Singularity University in 2017. He is a regular participant in conferences organized by the World Economic Forum.
A past president of the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO), Sanjay is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Bangalore.
Sanjay has been extremely fortunate to have been connected with Rev. Dada J. P. Vaswani from a very young age. Dada’s teachings and philosophies have had a deep impact on him, and this is evident in his values and beliefs. Dada’s vision of imparting value-based education is especially close to his heart and has led him to pioneer SVIS, Bangalore.
As founder, chairman, and trustee of the Sadhu Vaswani Mission Trust, Bangalore, Sanjay has been involved in various social causes since 2000. It is his dream to give life to Dada’s vision for SVIS, Bangalore, offering world-class education, state-of-the-art sports facilities, and futuristic infrastructure with latest teaching and learning techniques.

Ashok Narang is a commerce graduate from St Joseph’s College of Commerce, Bangalore.
Besides being involved in his business of real estate, Ashok has been very keenly involved in various institutions involved in healthcare and education.
He has been a member of the Governing Council of the Sindhi Hospital, a charitable institution run by the Sindhi Youth Association, for several years.
Ashok has been a Member of the Board of Management, Sindhi Seva Samiti, which is a charitable Trust, for several years.
He has been part of the Board of Management at Sindhi group of Colleges (PUC, Degree, and PG) as its treasurer and is presently the Secretary of the Sindhi Pre University college.
His keen passion to serve has seen him devote several hours a week towards these causes. His long association with Revered Dada J P Vaswani, coupled with his strong belief in his philosophies, is his driving force towards the establishment and running of Sadhu Vaswani International School in Bangalore.

Nain Wadhwa is a commerce graduate and has been an important part of Sadhu Vaswani Mission, Bangalore, since early 2000. Guided by Rev Dada J P Vaswani, Nain has been working passionately towards furthering the cause of value education. Her personal experience and interest in the field has led her to pursue different aspects of education through Teaching for Understanding, a curriculum design course from Harvard University, multiple courses from MDA on Dyslexia, Language, and Mathematics in mainstream schools, and Assistive Technology Workshops.
In 2016, Nain established a kindergarten school called Little Lamps for the Sadhu Vaswani Mission. She is now dedicated to bringing to life SVIS, Bangalore, which will fulfill Dada’s dream of a school that provides children an environment to succeed mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Jaimala’s footprints in the education sector span over two decades. A Master’s in Education, she worked with NAFL, a reputed International school where she led a team of teachers, training, establishing clear goals, and empowering them to deliver world class lessons. She is adept at curriculum design, planning, guiding, supporting and managing people, data, and setting up processes for efficient functioning. She holds a strong belief that the teachers are the foundation of schools. They give children a sense of purpose, setting them up for success as responsible citizens. Teachers are the critical cog in the wheel that help the children get ready to face the world outside.

A postgraduate in English, and a graduate in Education and Mathematics, Remya has qualitative experience in teaching and administration with reputed schools in India. Her career in education spans over 15 years with K-12 schools. With a vast experience in school administration which includes curriculum planning, teacher training, and overseeing managerial aspects of the school alongwith the day to day operations, Remya has worked efficiently on school projects right from inception to functioning of a fully operational School. Well-versed with current pedagogical trends and practices, technological advances in the education field, she believes in developing student-centric environments to maximize learning experiences. Adept at developing training programs for teachers to empower them to be abreast of current teaching trends is her strength. Rooted in the army tradition, she believes that education should be built upon an intrinsic value-based system. This value system forms the bedrock of the basic ethos in school. Her teaching approach is clearly expressed in words of Socrates - “I cannot teach anybody anything; I can only make them think”.

Pooja, a commerce graduate from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore has over 19 years of experience working in various sectors. A liking towards children and an interest to interact with people led her to the education sector in 2014. Pooja has been engaged with the school since 2017 and has been diligently handling administrative functions, facilities, and is skilled in handling relations and communicating with various people ( care givers ,teachers, parents , students and regulatory bodies ).She wears many different hats : the planner , the problem - solver to name a few and believes in the the vision of the school. She has secured a Certificate in Administration and Education Management from the Asian College of Teachers. Pooja believes that Education is an ongoing process which breeds confidence, hope and peace.

Smruti is a Certified Counsellor with specialisation in Child and Adolescent Counselling and also has a Masters Diploma in Art therapy. She has over 6 years experience as a counsellor and is very passionate about her work and helps with assisting students with life skills required to handle their academic and personal challenges. She believes in being interactive with the children and collaborating with the school, teachers, parents to help create a safe, healthy and supportive learning environment for all students and staff.

Prashanth is particularly adept at planning and leading projects from inception to completion. With a bachelors in commerce, Prashant has more than 15 years of rich exposure in Administration, Facilities & New Construction in senior managerial positions across the education sector. At SVIS Prashanth heads all new projects and also takes care of administration and facilities. Coordinating with vendors, managing school transport, maintaining a clean, safe, smooth functioning environment for students and teachers and ensuring a nutritive meal plan are all part of daily operations which Prashant takes care of. With a smile on his face he is ever ready to pitch in and help both teachers and students.

Anthony is a physical educator by profession and has 7 years teaching experience having worked with children from kindergarten to grade 12. He is currently pursuing his B.P.Ed and he believes that in sports and physical education he can bring change in the basic morals of life and imbibe discipline in students. He believes that sport is not just a physical activity but it prepares one for life.

An experienced professional dance teacher with 19 years of experience as a dance teacher and choreographer, he has exposure to various cultural and ethnic dances from across the world. His classes are enjoyed by students across grades due to his ability to design innovative dance moves catering to all age groups.

She is very passionate about assisting and counselling children with special needs for their holistic and integral development. Her abilities are backed by her diverse and sound teaching experience. She enjoys working with a team and invests in establishing harmonious relationships between teachers, parents and students. She is always open to learning new ideas and enhancing her skills.

Her forte lies in understanding the needs of students to plan effective teaching strategies. She believes in making learning fun for all. Her love for children and enthusiasm to work with young minds is evident when she is seen interacting with her students. She is also a trained special educator and is passionate about inclusivity in the classroom.

Shatadha Doshi is a primary school teacher, holds a degree in supply chain management and a diploma in engineering. After returning from the USA, she was intrigued by the Montessori system, where children chart their own learning path with the teacher facilitating it. She completed her Montessori training from the Indian Montessori training Centre and subsequently a B.Ed. A strong believer in activity-based learning, Shatadha makes use of various resources to make conceptual learning a visual experience for her students in the Math classes. Her structured, creative and engaging way of teaching Math makes her class fun for students.

Prakriti with her animated expressions and voice modulation uses visual aids and storytelling tools to make learning fun and intrinsic for her students.
