School admissions are open for AY 2025 – 2026 for Montessori, Kindergarten and for Grades 1-9. Students will be admitted through the year based on vacancies in each class.

Confirmation of Admission
Upon successful completion, an admission letter will be issued. Parents are requested to confirm admission within 7 days to secure the seat.

Age Guidelines
To ensure age-appropriate learning and a balanced classroom experience, the following age criteria are followed for admissions at Sadhu Vaswani International School, Bengaluru. The age of the child is considered as on 31st May of the academic year.

Document Checklist
Please ensure the following documents are submitted along with the admission form (To be submitted to the Admission Office):
Passport-size Colour Photographs: Child – 4 copies; Parents/Guardians – 2 copies each
Birth Certificate (Photocopy): Original to be produced for verification.
Aadhaar Card (Photocopy): For child and both parents/guardians.
Original Transfer Certificate: Required for students seeking admission from Grade 2 onwards.
Previous School Mark Sheet: Applicable from Grade 2 onwards.
Medical Reports: If any special condition requires attention.
Additional Address Proof: If the child’s address differs from the Aadhaar card.
Legal Documents: If applicable, supporting custody or guardianship.
