Rajendra J Hinduja
Prominent Trustee
Mr Rajendra Hinduja is an accomplished and well-respected businessman and philanthropist. A prominent trustee in the Sadhu Vaswani Mission, Bangalore, he is also a board member of Rural Service Trust (Poorna Prajna Institute of Scientific Research), Admar Mutt Education Foundation and Sindhi Seva Samiti (Sindhi Seva Samiti-Group of Education Institution). He serves as advisor to Sparsh Trust, vice-chairman to Dada Amar Charitable Trust, and has been a former chairman of P.D. Hinduja Hospital and is presently a permanent board member. He’s also a Trustee of Jai Shiva Shakti Trust, involved in the upliftment of needy persons in education & health care.
Mr Hinduja was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Government of India in 2010, the Sindhu Ratna Award by the South India Sindhi Federation for Philanthropy, and a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Clothing Manufacturers Association of India. An avid reader and a passionate tennis player, his quest for learning knows no bounds.

Manju Nichani
Executive Director
Ms Manju Nichani has over 40 years of experience in the field of education and school management. An MPhil degree holder, she has been the Principal of K C College and Director of K C College of Management Studies, Mumbai. Ms Nichani has also served as a member of the Academic Council of the University of Mumbai. Presently, she is the Rector and coordinator of all Sadhu Vaswani Institutes of Learning across India. An active member of the School Managing Committee, St Mira’s School, Pune, and Sadhu Vaswani International School, Pune, Ms Nichani has successfully applied innovative methods in teaching and learning and actively encouraged students and faculty toward quality research to ensure students are equipped to face global challenges.
Ms Nichani has received many awards for her contribution to the field of education, including the Giants International Award and the Sahayog Foundation Award. She is also an eloquent orator, much sought after for her motivational talks.

Jaimala Kannan
Academic Advisor & Mentor
A passionate teacher with over two decades of experience in the field of education, Jaimala is an Economics and Marketing Management graduate. As her interest in education deepened, she acquired a Masters in Childcare and Education.
Trained under the Montessori method of education, Jaimala shares a strong bond with the Indian Montessori Centre as its Executive Member, collaborating to ensure the spread of the Montessori method by Organising national and international conferences. Jaimala set up the Montessori environments at the National Academy For Learning (NAFL), an international school of the National Public Group of Schools with whom she was associated for over 10 years.
Jaimala has been associated with the NGO Meghshala as Lead, Internal Operations. Meghshala works at empowering teachers in government schools to ensure good quality education for all.
Her expertise includes designing curriculum, motivating and leading teachers, and conducting training sessions for them. She has been actively involved with SVM, Little Lamps, since 2017, ensuring the school’s vision and mission are achieved.
Jaimala believes education is a learning experience not limited to textbooks and tests. “Education plays a huge part in helping us overcome hurdles. That is why it needs to be value-based— to help us better ourselves and our environment,”

Sanjay Wadhwa
Founder Chairman
Sanjay Wadhwa is a second-generation entrepreneur with experience of over 25 years of running a successful engineering, manufacturing, and design services firm.
An Industrial Engineering graduate, Sanjay completed the Presidents Management Program from Harvard Business School in 2016 and studied new and exponential technologies at Singularity University in 2017. He is a regular participant in conferences organized by the World Economic Forum.
A past president of the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO), Sanjay is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Bangalore.
Sanjay has been extremely fortunate to have been connected with Rev. Dada J. P. Vaswani from a very young age. Dada’s teachings and philosophies have had a deep impact on him, and this is evident in his values and beliefs. Dada’s vision of imparting value-based education is especially close to his heart and has led him to pioneer SVIS, Bangalore.
.As founder, chairman, and trustee of the Sadhu Vaswani Mission Trust, Bangalore, Sanjay has been involved in various social causes since 2000. It is his dream to give life to Dada’s vision for SVIS, Bangalore, offering world-class education, state-of-the-art sports facilities, and futuristic infrastructure with latest teaching and learning techniques.

Ashok Narang
Member Finance Committee
Ashok Narang is a commerce graduate from St Joseph’s College of Commerce, Bangalore.
Besides being involved in his business of real estate, Ashok has been very keenly involved in various institutions involved in healthcare and education.
He has been a member of the Governing Council of the Sindhi Hospital, a charitable institution run by the Sindhi Youth Association, for several years.
Ashok has been a Member of the Board of Management, Sindhi Seva Samiti, which is a charitable Trust, for several years.
He has been part of the Board of Management at Sindhi group of Colleges (PUC, Degree, and PG) as its treasurer and is presently the Secretary of the Sindhi Pre University college.
His keen passion to serve has seen him devote several hours a week towards these causes. His long association with Revered Dada J P Vaswani, coupled with his strong belief in his philosophies, is his driving force towards the establishment and running of Sadhu Vaswani International School in Bangalore.

Nain Wadhwa
Founder
Nain Wadhwa is a commerce graduate and has been an important part of Sadhu Vaswani Mission, Bangalore, since early 2000. Guided by Rev Dada J P Vaswani, Nain has been working passionately towards furthering the cause of value education. Her personal experience and interest in the field has led her to pursue different aspects of education through Teaching for Understanding, a curriculum design course from Harvard University, multiple courses from MDA on Dyslexia, Language, and Mathematics in mainstream schools, and Assistive Technology Workshops.
In 2016, Nain established a kindergarten school called Little Lamps for the Sadhu Vaswani Mission. She is now dedicated to bringing to life SVIS, Bangalore, which will fulfill Dada’s dream of a school that provides children an environment to succeed mentally, physically, and spiritually.
